Went to High School in Pulheim, studied law at the University of Cologne from 1990-1993; Academic year 1993-1994 at University College London studying English and European law; returned to the University of Cologne in 1994 and finished the first State Examination in law 1996; from 1997-1999 legal trainee at the District Court and Public Prosecutor in Cologne and at C&A Friedlander Attorneys in Cape Town, South Africa; second State Examination in 1999; acting as a judge in a civil law chamber at the District Court of Aachen 1999-2000; admitted to the attorney´s bar in 2000; from 2000-2002 attorney at Bach, Langheid & Dallmayr Attorneys in Cologne; 2002-2003 obtaining doctorate in Internet Laws and attorney at Kierdorf & Schübel in Cologne;
since October 2003 attorney at withöft, terhaag & rossenhövel rechtsanwaltspartnerschaft in Düsseldorf; enjoys playing tennis, photography and travelling
